Bad hair day?
Please appreciate that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving us notice, we are usually unable to fill that time slot.
48 hours notice is required if you need to reschedule.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice you will be required to pay 50% of your appointment.
If you give less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 80% of your scheduled appointment.
We understand that there are emergency situations which cannot be avoided and those will be considered individually.
